I was worried about ordering a tree online, but it came well-packaged and in perfect condition, and it's still alive after several months. A list of instructions is included in the package, along with the seller's contact info in case you have any questions. This was a great purchase!

I ordered a calamondin bonsai tree for a Christmas gift. Lou did not have one in fruit, so he sent another tree as a gift until the calamondin tree is ready. Absolutely great service. Highly recommended.

I was nervous the gift was going to be ruined before it got here, but i was so happy that the little fellow was in great condition.
I gave it a little water, just in case the soil? was cold and not wet, well, i spinkled water on the "leaves".
I didnt expect it to be so small but it is beautiful none the less. I hate not being able to track where fragile items are, but they did good. The only question now is... was it fed before it left or do i give it food now?
Complicated little tree, you are very loved.
I look forward to buying from you again ^^
